My wife and I went in today to trade in an older Chevy, hoping to make it a down payment for a used car. We were greeted pretty warmly by a sales rep, Kent Bradsher, and worked together from there. We let him know what we needed, and he immediately had a few ideas in mind for us, one of which we ultimately settled on. Brett Jennings did our financing and, after not long at all, we were basically ready to go. They made the whole process a very stress-free experience, and my wife and I wanted to express our thanks. Last week a semi threw a metal object towards my vehicle, hitting my sunroof and shattering it instantly. Definitely something that doesn't happen every day. Aaron Karneboge, in the service department answered my call, got me in promptly, ordered the new glass, and got it replaced very quickly with no issues. It's very important to have employees that lead the front with customer service, and he did just that. Thanks Aaron!
